IN CONSIDERATION OF THE COMPANY PROVIDING CREDIT FACILITIESI/WE (FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE ABOVE NAMED APPLICANT)

AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TRERMS

1.	To maintain the account on a strictly 7 day basis (or within month of purchase of stickers).
2.	That for the purpose of processing this application I/We consent to the Company making such enquiries it deems necessary from any source including credit reporting agencies and credit providers and I/We acknowledge that company may need to provide information about Me/Us to those sources.
3.	That I/We accept that liability jointly and severally with the applicant for all outstanding debts, service charges and costs of collection as though I/We were liable principal debtors for the debt charges and costs not merely surety / sureties and I/We waive all rights as mere surety / sureties which are inconsistent therewith and I/We charge all my/our property, real and personal, present and future, with the amount if the indebtedness until discharged.
